Our Custom-Made Ironing Board Covers for ANY SIZE Rectangular Board or Quilting Table will finally end your search for a quality cover that fits your rectangular board. For this style board, the cover must be able to tuck under all the way around the board. OR if part of the board sits atop a cabinet, then that part of the cover will be flush with the top of the cabinet. But some part of the board needs an overhang. It will fit any square or rectangular board, that is not built-in to wall or cabinet (and therefore has hinges or a structure preventing the cover from wrapping around the back; i.e. the cover must wrap completely around the board. Most drop down boards have hinges so this cover will not work.) Also your board must be a square or rectangle, i.e. the Front and Back sides are same length and straight as well as the Left and Right sides are the same length and straight. So a TV tray; piece of plywood fastened to the top of an ironing board; old dining table; Big Boards and other rectangular models are great examples of boards that these covers will fit.

For over 15 years we have been making custom covers for folks who could not find quality replacement covers and have accumulated a LONG list of satisfied customers and patterns. Our ironing board covers are proudly made in the USA, sewn locally in Berks County PA. Your cover is expertly crafted from either Therma-Flec, a silver metallic, aluminum coated cotton that is both scorch resistant and heat reflective; premium 100% cotton twill; or 100% cotton, fun, designer prints. A heavy duty nylon cord drawstring, fitted with one or two cord stops, ensures a snug, long lasting fit. NOTE: We use the nylon cording because elastic stretches out, can break, and cannot be drawn as tight/snuggly as the cording.
COVER PLUS PAD: This listing is for a cover AND our premium 6mm needle-punched underlay pad. The cover and pad are individual pieces that are made to go over the whole table/board. Your cover is designed to fit over this pad. For future orders, if your pad, from us is still in good shape, you may order the cover only at COVER ONLY
CUSTOM-MADE COVER TO FIT ANY FREE-STANDING, SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR BOARD: Long and skinny, short and fat, huge, small, homemade, old dining table . . . as long as it is a free-standing board, we will make it. It will NOT fit a drop down-board where the cover does not go completely around the board. Most drop down boards have hinges so this cover will not work. PREMIER COTTON COVERS: All of our covers are crafted of sturdy 7-8oz cotton/cotton twill fabric, much thicker and longer-lasting than quilting cotton. Most of our fabrics and all of our premium pads are manufactured/printed in the USA.
PREMIUM PAD: We opted to keep the super dense 6mm needle-punched polyester pad separate from the cover. This makes it more economical, in the future, to replace your cover and keep the pad. You can clean the cover without the bulk of the pad (which can also be cleaned). And it is mildew, moisture and scorch resistant. Needle-punched felt is very different from flat felt. The felt fibers are vertical and interlocking so your the pad is more resilient and will stand-up to constant pressing. It is thick, will lay flat and not bunch up. The pad is cut to the exact size and shape as your board/table and the cover is designed to wrap around it and hold both your pad and cover snugly in place.
CARE: To prolong the size and fit of your cover and pad, please spot clean only. Your cover is designed to tightly fit your board and even hand-washing can shrink or misshape it.
