For over 15 years we have been making custom covers for folks who could not find quality replacement covers and have accumulated a LONG list of satisfied customers and patterns. Our ironing board covers are proudly made in the USA, sewn locally in Berks County PA. Your cover is expertly crafted from either Therma-Flec, a silver metallic, aluminum coated cotton that is both scorch resistant and heat reflective; premium 100% cotton twill; or 100% cotton, fun, designer prints. A heavy duty nylon cord drawstring, fitted with a cord stop, ensures a snug, long lasting fit.

COVER PLUS PAD: This listing is for a cover AND our premium 6mm needle-punched underlay pad. The cover and pad are individual pieces that are made to go over the whole ironing board. Your cover is designed to fit over this pad. For future orders, if your pad is still in good shape, you may order the cover only at COVER ONLY
PAD SPECIFICS: Your 6mm dense needle-punched polyester pad is separate from your cover as it is too thick to sew into the cover. Plus you can order other covers and use the same pad. It is mildew, moisture and scorch resistant and will stand-up to constant pressing. The pad is cut to the exact size and shape as your board and the cover is designed to wrap around it and hold both the pad and cover snugly in place.
MODELS: We have listed all the Mary Proctor Silex models we know of. If you have a different one, let us know. The cover and pad are individual pieces that are made to go over the whole ironing board. Please DO NOT GUESS at your model. If unsure we can assist you in identifying it. The cover you order is made specifically for you, so we want to be certain you get the correct one.
FLIP ALERT: Before you order a cover for your ironing board, take a look underneath to see if there are any flips that you never knew about. We have had lots of customers think that only had a Single Flip board and were surprised to find a flip along the side of their board. Both the Single Flip and the Double Flip models have a variety of model numbers, but I have found that each one is the same size and shape. The Single Flip has a 'flip' at the nose send of the board, while the Double Flip has an extra 'flip' that runs along the side of the board. Each one measures 57 x 14 inches when all the flips are in the down position (see photo). The standard model has tons of model numbers and we have listed as many as we know of. The wedge shaped board has not come to us with any model numbers. Please message us with any questions.
CARE: To prolong the size and fit of your cover and pad, please either spot clean or hand-wash (in cold water) and air dry. Hot water and/or using a dryer may shrink your COTTON cover.
