Everyone loves memories and picture ornaments are always cherished. It is so much fun to pull them out of the ornament box and hang them on the tree. Our picture frame ornament serves double duty because not only can you hang it on your tree, but you can also display it with the included table stand. ONE ornament that you can display two ways. Each ornament design is laser-cut from 1/8 inch glitter acrylic and decorated with Swarovski crystals to add even more bling. The great thing about this glitter is that it is embedded into the acrylic so no muss no fuss (i.e words you will not have glitter all over everything in your house!). The included table stand serves as a template for the mini-wallet sized (1.5 x 2.25in) picture,
T H E - B A C K - S T O R Y:
The first time a saw this glitter acrylic I fell in love with it. Such a fun deviation from the natural wood I work with so much. After tracking down the manufacturer, I was thrilled to find that the acrylic was made right here in the USA. It's a bit trickier to work with than standard translucent because the glitter is embedded in the acrylic; much like a jello mold that has the fruit cocktail floating around in it :) And just like the jello that sometimes had more fruit in one area then in another, so goes the glitter in the acrylic.
Using the glitter acrylic in our Christmas decorations was a natural. Some folks like a down-to-earth, homey type decorations and others like bling! We are lucky to be able to offer both and lots of variations in between!
