This Serving Board (12x15x.75H) In Eco-Friendly Bamboo (90029) by MIU France is perfect for your entertaining. It is large enough to fit a whole roast, ham or turkey. The stainless steel handles make it easy to carry directly to the dinner table for carving. The edges are grooved to catch the drippings. This serving board is made out of the finest side grain bamboo. The side is wrapped with a stainless steel band which enhances the beauty of the board. This is also a great way to serve breads and cheeses for parties. Wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately. This cutting board should not be put in the dishwasher. Occasionally restore with mineral oil to preserve the beauty of the board.
